When it applies to the people in the private sector, no one believes in Democracy, which is defined as majority rule. It will be difficult to find anyone who would consider it to be an appropriate exercise of Democracy for 55% of the people to believe the remaining 45% of the population should be put to death and it would be a good idea to carry out their belief. It turns out that Democracy, in the sense of majority rule, is an effective means of achieving an agreement on things that are not actually important, at least as important to the protections of persons, property, liberty, and life. Democracy, in itself, is a means of operation. It is the process of how decisions are made within an organization, governmental or otherwise. When important matters arise, especially when it involves the people in the private sector, we require more than a simple majority. We require something as close to unanimity as possible. This is why we have a Constitution, due process of law, and the right to be tried by a Jury of our peers. This process is called the rule of Law. Tax collectors demand that Americans obey the tax laws. However, the Tax Collector refuses to obey the tax laws when collecting taxes. Your Signature The Complete and Utter Disregard In view of the facts that government officials and employees believe that free Americans are required to sign particular documents like that of the Application for Social Security, I would ask you to consider this. Has the government, in fact, taken one of the following positions listed below, when it concerns a free person's signature and their liberty to choose to enter into such an agreement? 1. According to Federal and local authorities, our signatures are in fact insignificant and meaningless and they view our signature as a measure of submission. 2.
